What is "Send a few kind words" in CalmSpace.ai?

It is a way to send a short voice note of support to someone you care about, spoken by Bliss, the voice companion in CalmSpace.ai. You give two things: their first name and a few words about what is happening for them, for example "her driving test tomorrow, she's nervous". Bliss writes a short note, usually 35 to 70 words, and records it in her own voice.

In the app the feature is called Send a few kind words, and the notes you make are listed under Voice notes.

Who does the note say it is from?

Bliss always speaks as herself, never as you. A note starts with something like "Hi Maria, it's Bliss. Ana asked me to send you a few words." If you leave your name out, she says that someone who cares about them asked her to send it. She does not pretend to be you or anyone else.

Can I hear the note before it is sent?

Yes. Every note starts as a private draft that only you can hear. Nothing is sent until you choose to. If it is not right, you can ask for a different version or change what you told Bliss. When you are happy, press "I'm happy with it, send" and you get a link to share.

How does the other person listen?

They tap the link. It opens in any browser on a phone or computer, with no app to install and no account to make. They see the note and can play it in Bliss's voice. The link works for 30 days from when you send it.

What kind of notes will Bliss write?

Kind and supportive ones only. Good reasons to send a note include an exam, a job interview, a hard week, a first day somewhere new, a move, or simply that you are thinking of them. Bliss will not write a note that is hurtful, a romantic or sexual message, a threat, an apology or confession in your name, advertising, or a request for money or personal details. If what you write suggests the other person may be in crisis, Bliss does not make a note and shows you where to find real help instead. CalmSpace.ai is not an emergency service.

Which languages can the note be in?

English or Spanish. You choose the language of the note when you make it, so you can write the details in one language and send the note in the other.

How many voice notes can I send?

On the free plan, your first voice note each calendar month is free. A note counts when you send it, so deleting it later does not give it back. With Premium you can send up to five notes a day. Prices are on the pricing page: Premium is USD 12.99 a month or USD 59.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial.

Can I take a note back?

Yes. Delete a note from your list and the link stops working and the recording is deleted. If you use "Forget everything" or delete your account, every note you sent is deleted too. The page the recipient sees carries only the two first names, the note and its audio, nothing about your account or what Bliss remembers about you. More detail is on the privacy page.

How to start

1. Open CalmSpace.ai on iPhone (App Store) or on the web (sign up free).
2. Tap Send a few kind words. On iPhone it is on the Home screen.
3. Enter their first name and what is going on for them. Add your own first name if you like, and pick English or Spanish.
4. Tap Make the voice note and listen to the draft.
5. Ask for a different version if you want one, then send it and share the link.
