How do I create a CalmSpace account?

Visit app.calmspace.ai/signup, enter your email and a password, verify your email, and you're in. The 14-day free trial starts automatically — no credit card required.

Which devices does CalmSpace support?

CalmSpace works in any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.

Do I need to download anything?

No. CalmSpace is a web app — open it from your browser and you're set. We will release iOS and Android apps later in 2026.

Bliss · the AI companion

How is Bliss different from ChatGPT?

Bliss is a purpose-built AI calm companion trained on therapeutic frameworks (CBT, ACT, mindfulness). It has crisis-detection guardrails, optional memory of past sessions, and never uses your conversations to train third-party models.

Can Bliss replace a therapist?

No. Bliss is a wellness companion, not a clinician. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for licensed care. If you are in crisis, please contact a professional immediately.

Is Bliss available by voice?

Yes. Tap the mic and talk with Bliss like a friend. Switch to text mid-conversation if you need to be quiet.

Does Bliss remember our conversations?

Only if you turn memory on (off by default). You can review, edit, or wipe Bliss's memory any time from Settings.

Pricing & billing

How much does CalmSpace cost?

Free trial: 14 days, full Premium. After that: Premium is $7.99/month or $59.99/year (about $5/month). Family plans are $99/year for up to 6 accounts. Students get 50% off with verification. Business plans start at $4/employee/month.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Billing → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No phone calls, no retention dance.

Do you offer refunds?

Annual plans: pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days. Monthly plans: no refunds, but you keep access for the rest of the period.

Privacy & data

Do you sell my data?

Never. We have no advertising business. Subscriptions are our only revenue.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Account → Delete account. We remove your data — including from backups — within 30 days.

Where is my data stored?

AWS US East (Northern Virginia) by default. EU residents can opt into EU storage from settings.

Crisis & safety

What if I'm in crisis?

Please reach out to a professional immediately. In the US, dial 911 for emergency services. CalmSpace's "SOS Calm" feature surfaces local crisis resources and is always free, even without a subscription.

Will Bliss notify anyone if I mention self-harm?

Bliss is trained to surface crisis resources and will gently encourage you to reach out to a professional or trusted person. We do not contact emergency services on your behalf except where legally required.
