What we never do

  • No advertising, in the app or anywhere else.
  • Personal data is not sold, and conversations are not used to train third-party AI models.
  • Nobody at an organisation can read an employee's or a student's conversations. Admins see seats and usage, never content.

What you control

Everything Bliss remembers is listed in the app, where you can correct, mute or delete it, or wipe it all with one tap. Deleting your account deletes everything. Heart-rate data from an Apple Watch is used only during a conversation and never stored; sleep data read from Apple Health stays on the phone.

Where and how data is kept

Data lives in AWS in the United States (us-east-1), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe, so we never see a full card number; purchases in the iPhone app are handled by Apple.

Certifications

ClayDesk LLC, the company behind CalmSpace.ai, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (information security, certificate 240326050104) and ISO 22301:2019 (business continuity, certificate 240326110105), issued by ARS Assessment Private Limited under UAF accreditation and valid to 23 March 2029. These are the company's certificates; CalmSpace.ai is a product of that company.
