2. What we collect
Account data (email, name), usage data (which features you use), and content you create (journal entries, mood check-ins, conversations with Bliss). We do not collect biometric, genetic, or location data beyond your country.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to send you transactional email, and — only with your opt-in consent — to personalize Bliss using memory of past conversations. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to operate the service (hosting, payments, email delivery). All sub-processors are bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
- Access & export all your data from settings.
- Delete your account and all data permanently — no questions asked.
- Opt out of memory, marketing email, and analytics independently.
6. Security
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Annual third-party penetration tests. Encrypted database backups. SOC 2 Type II in progress (target Q4 2026).
7. Children
CalmSpace is not intended for users under 13. Family plans require a verified parent or guardian to manage child accounts.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone. Our revenue comes entirely from subscriptions.
Are my conversations with Bliss used to train AI models?
Your conversations are never used to train third-party models. With your explicit opt-in consent, we may use anonymized excerpts to improve Bliss internally — and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Where is my data stored?
In AWS data centers in the United States (us-east-1). EU residents may opt to store data in eu-west-1 from settings.
