What this video is about

A racing heart, a tight chest, thoughts going faster than you can follow. In seven minutes Bliss guides five breathing exercises, a few rounds each, so you can feel which one is yours: calm breathing (in for four, out for six), resonant breathing (five and a half each way), the physiological sigh (two breaths in, one long out), box breathing (4-4-4-4) and 4-7-8.

Each one comes with one line on when to use it: calm breathing anywhere, resonant for a long afternoon, the sigh for a spike, box breathing before a meeting, 4-7-8 at night. Sit or lie down, breathe through the nose if you can, and keep every breath normal-sized: slow, not big. Practise the one you pick when you are calm, so it is there when you are not.

The written versions are on the breathing exercises page and in the guides to box breathing and the physiological sigh. In CalmSpace.ai, Bliss guides any of them by voice, free, and Breathe together lets up to six people breathe to one shared start.
