What this video is about

Overthinking is going over the same thoughts again and again without getting anywhere. It feels like problem-solving, which is why it is hard to drop. In this video Bliss gives you one question to tell a plan from a loop: is there something I can do about this in the next day?

Then four things to try: write the thought down, give the loops a set time later in the day (worry time), come back to your senses with the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique, and slow the breath out for a minute. If you feel light-headed, stop and breathe normally. The written guide is how to stop overthinking.

If worry is there most days for weeks, talk to a doctor or counsellor. In CalmSpace.ai you can talk a loop out loud with Bliss, free for up to 10 minutes a day.
